OK I cant go into details about EVERYTHING for certain reasons so if you want to know EVERYTHING you have to email or call me :) I could get in trouble if I posted about it so see I am not just being mean and withholding information ;o)
First good news is WE GOT THE REPAIR LOAN! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS they are finalising everything now and will be setting up a closing date for us to get it all locked up tight ~D*A*N*C*I*N*G~
Then we got great news about our ARM interest rate :o) It has been 12 months and is up for increase but our interest rate will be staying the same for another 12 months... it isn't budging ~D*A*N*C*I*N*G~
Then J5 got a new pair of soft soled shoes in the mail today from an internet friend... he REALLY needed them too! ~D*A*N*C*I*N*G~ Luv ya Kim!!!
J1, J2, & J3 all got good report cards today ~D*A*N*C*I*N*G~
J1 got his car back yesterday but it broke again almost immediately ~N*O*T~D*A*N*C*I*N*G~
We think it *might* be the oil pump... the engine isn't getting any oil to it... Nick will look at it tomorrow... he is off then but then has to work Sunday.... J1 brought the Chilton's manual home from school so they will take a peek at it tomorrow... hopefully the weather will be nice and we wont have anymore snow or sleet like today!! ~C*R*O*S*S*I*N*G~F*I*N*G*E*R*S~
