Finally a bright spot!

We closed on our repair loan today! everything is all locked in and we will have access to the money come Friday! Now access to the money means... we provide receipts showing we bought materials and then they cut a check to reimburse us up to the loan amount... if we exceed that then we are responsible for paying it out of our own pockets. If there is money left over it gets applied to the loan.
