The neighbor is having a yard sale tomorrow so I think I am going to put a few things out there... table & chairs, bikes, vacuum cleaner... I already have someone wanting the vacuum.
The neighbor is getting a new dining room table set, has had her current table set for about 8 years. We are *supposed* to be getting her old set when she gets her new set. Though she mentioned she might go ahead and send it over this weekend. That would be nice if we do sell our table this weekend we wont be without a table and chairs! I think one of her chairs needs to be fixed but I am sure Nick or I could get it fixed.
