I have put off, and put off calling McDonald's... waiting for the owner to call me..
So I finally broke down today and called, after all it had been one week since my interview with no word from her.
Funny thing..... She had been waiting to hear from me and thought I changed my mind about working there... all the while I was waiting to hear from her and figured she hired someone else!
She said she was glad I called and set up my orientation for Saturday at 2:00, I already gave her my sizes for my uniform, orientation will be an hour and a half to two hours.
She also mentioned that she had seen me at the drive up one day and was going to come over and say something to me but was tied up with something and couldn't get away to talk to me before I left... but the reason I went there and went to the drive through was in hopes that she would see me and say something (she doesn't know that) HAHAHAHAHA
I don't know if I will be doing regular training, or management training... I didn't think to ask... I imagine I will find that out on Saturday....

LOL, that's hilarious. Particularly because I would have handled it exactly the same way! So do you know what shift you will be working, and are you going to drive the school bus still also?
