Water Woes

This is what my yard looked like when I headed out to go drive the school bus this morning...



When I was all done and came back home I went and got a closer look...



Not sure if you can see the water bubbling up out of the ground or not. I got back in the truck and headed up to the village office to let them know... haven't seen them out here yet to check it out... I sure hope it is their problem and not ours... we have enough to deal with as it is...
