Beef & Noodles?
Anyone have a good beef and noodles recipe? I am wanting to cook it for supper one day this week but havent found a good recipe for making it. I want those big, fat, wide noodles... do you know what I am talking about? If you have a great to die for recipe for beef and noodles PLEASE let me know! Also what do YOU serve along side beef and noodles?...

I know about the big egg noodles not sure of a reciepe, but, mash potatoes work well for me. I love them big nooldes with mash potatoes on top of them then the beef. Peas, carrotts, anything goes.
sorry I menat mash potatoes under the big noodles then the noodles then the beef chunks. Great Meal, I can eat two plates of it.
