So yesterday was a nightmare for J5... between having dental work done, and then being a pin cushion again for his 6 week lead check... it wasnt a pretty day for my lil guy...
Today we went for our daily walk... a little later than usual but today was sort of hectic also so we got a late start... my poor heals are blistered :( even with being careful... so tonight I will have to walk with a pair of backless shoes ( I walk twice a day...once with kids in the day, and once in the evening with just the neighbor) I wanted to walk further today but I was in to much pain from the darn blisters! I was tempted to quit and head back home and get different shoes but I didnt want to mess up my routine. My daily total has been 2 1/2 miles... I have to figure out a way to get more distance in... I want to walk further... but it never works out, and I get back home feeling like I didnt do enough...
Well enough rambling... I need to go get a snack and do more laundry... and get ready to walk again... ouch!

Bandaid makes some new ones that have padding for the blisters. Oh, how I loved those about this time last year when I was training.
Whatever you do, if you can help it, do not pop those blisters. What shoes were you walking in when you got the blisters in the first place?
