I had my weekly weigh in this morning and the results are...... I lost SIX pounds! I know it wont be like that every week, and I will be happy with even a 1 or 2 pound loss but I am thrilled with my first weigh in! I got in 3 days of exercise on my Tony Little Freestyle Gazelle this past week. I know I could have gotten in more days of exercise but I kind of slacked but figure 3 days is better than no days of exercise at all!
This is a great boost and provides lots of motivation to keep on going. It really is easy... really! I wish I would have tried this sooner! Better now than never though :)
