Another *Must Share*

This dish was Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm SO good!

Chicken with Pineapple and Orange
Serves 8

3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1- 16 ounce can pineapple slices packed in juice drained
1- 15 ounce can mandarin oranges drained
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or high heat for 2-3 hours.
Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired
